We had such a great experience with Mike as our contractor. Throughout the build, he was able to break the project into very manageable parts. We always had plenty of notice on when decisions needed to be made and materials chosen. We were made aware of how certain decisions would affect the budget, but never pressured in any direction. Mike made it very easy for us when we changed our minds about certain things along the way, even when it meant a hassle on his part. He made it his job to make sure that we were happy with the end result, regardless of what it took to get there. We have recommended Mike to friends and family as a contractor, who have also had wonderful experiences building their homes. Building a home is often known to be a VERY stressful process. We attribute the fact that we had such a fantastic experience to having a great contractor. We will absolutely ask him to build our next home as well!
